Juliet Bowen was born in London, England 1938. "Painting can be for me, very close to the simple job of being: by reflection and awareness to show with an open heart and say what seems to have meaning."
Juliet's sensitivity to her subjects involves diversity of style and medium in keeping with prevailing moods. She is a masterful welder of charcoal and pastel in life forms and still life.
