Stanley Bugden
Stanley Bugden was one of the original members of the Gisborne Artists Society in the 50s. Stanley’s prime medium is watercolours - a medium he feels is one of the most difficult. “It’s rather like a game of chess. You have to be several moves ahead to preserve the light reflections within the painting”.
